Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only offer shipping to the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Who will be delivering my order?
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we partner with a couple of carriers to provide 1-2 day delivery. While we use several providers, the majority of our orders are shipped via FedEx.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
While we don’t offer overnight delivery, we do provide fast 1–2 day shipping so you never have to worry about running low on essentials.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $49 ship free. Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid physical street address during checkout.
What is Carewell's Return policy?
We'll gladly accept most packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund for the product purchase price. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging. Exclusions Apply*

Additionally, you can check the specific product's page before purchasing; items that cannot be returned will have a clear return exclusion notice listed.
Do I have to pay for the return?
We want to make returns easy for you! For most eligible products, returns are free and do not incur shipping costs. However, for orders with a total value exceeding $1,000, if your product is eligible for return and your return is approved, please note there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Are shipping costs refundable when I return items?
Please note that original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable. When a return is processed, only the cost of the items purchased will be credited back to your original payment method.
What do I do if I have a problem with my delivery (damaged, delivered to wrong address, lost)?
If you receive a damaged/defective item or if there was an issue with delivery, please contact us right away. We can assist you with the next steps.
When will I be refunded for my return?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Can I exchange items?
While we don't offer direct exchanges, we can certainly help you start a return for any eligible items and get a new order placed for the correct supplies right away.
