Carewell's happiness policy ensures your satisfaction!


We'll gladly accept most packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund for the product purchase price. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging. Exclusions Apply*

Products That Can't Be Returned


Please note, there are a few situations where we may not be able to accept returns or refunds, including to prevent fraud or abuse. For orders over $1,000, returns are accepted at Carewell's discretion. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement.

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following products are not eligible for returns:

Understanding Your Product Return Window


Most products sold by Carewell that are in new condition and returned within 30 days of the sale date are eligible for a refund or exchange. The 30-day return window starts on the day your order is placed.


When to Expect Your Refund


Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If for any reason we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will offer you store credit instead.

Are There Product Return Fees?


We want to make returns easy for you! For most eligible products, returns are free and do not incur shipping costs. However, for orders with a total value exceeding $1,000, if your product is eligible for return and your return is approved, please note there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away. We can assist you with the next steps and may ask for proof of the damage to process your request.


  • Do you offer free return shipping labels, or do I need to purchase my own?

Yes, we do! Once you contact us to submit a return, we will provide you with a free return shipping label to make the process as easy as possible.


  • What if I don't have the original packaging?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging.


  • How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If for any reason we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will offer you store credit instead.

At Carewell, we aim to provide a helpful and fair return service for all our customers. We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time.


To ensure the integrity of our return process and to help prevent fraud or abuse, Carewell reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or to apply return fees. We may also require additional information or documentation, such as a government-issued photo identification, when processing a return to help determine refund or replacement eligibility. All decisions regarding returns are made in accordance with applicable laws.


In cases of policy violations, abuse of our return service, or any suspected fraudulent activity related to returns, Carewell reserves the right to take additional actions, including limiting or declining returns or refunds, or closing Carewell accounts.
