What is the shelf life of SWIRL once prepared?
For optimal taste, once prepared, SWIRL should be consumed entirely within 15-30 minutes.
How is SWIRL prepared?
The unique thing about SWIRL is that it can be mixed however you want to take it! For a thicker formula, to be eaten with a spoon, combine SWIRL with 3 ounces of very cold water in a cup with a tight lid, shake for 30-45 seconds and enjoy. For a thinner formula, to be drunk with a straw, combine SWIRL with 6-8 ounces of cold water in a cup with a tight lid, shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
How much lactose is in Swirl?
Swirl contains a very low level of lactose at <0.5g per serving. For comparison, an 8-oz glass of milk contains approximately 13g lactose per serving.
