About Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Muesli
New and Improved Recipe, No Soy Ingredients, Gluten Free.
Muesli is inspired by the traditional Swiss cereal developed by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner. Like traditional Bircher muesli, this lovely blend of gluten-free oats, nuts and seeds, and dried fruit can be enjoyed for breakfast in many ways: hot with brown sugar like porridge; cold with milk; or soaked overnight with yogurt and shredded apple. Consider this muesli a jumping-off point: pour coconut milk over these muesli flakes for a non-dairy breakfast, or add goji berries for extra antioxidants. You can also add peanut butter for extra protein, or top it with a mixture of maple syrup, honey, or coconut oil. However, muesli isn’t just for breakfast: you can eat these grains out of the bag as a snack or bake it up in cookies and quick bread.

All of Bob's Red Mill products benefit from being stored in a cool, dry place while sealed for freshness. Is the serving size a dry measurement?
Yes.
Where are your grains, beans and seeds grown?
The raw ingredients are sourced from farmers throughout the United States and Canada. Occasionally, ingredients are not available in North America and we look internationally for these items.

Yes. Gluten Free automatically means wheat free, rye free and barley free. Wheat free, however, does not necessarily mean gluten free.
