How is this different from Carewell Premium Overnight Underwear, Full Coverage Fit?
Both Carewell products are designed for comfortable and leak-proof overnight protection. Carewell Premium Overnight Underwear absorbs up to 4.5 cups of liquid, features anti–sag elastics that hold the underwear in place when full, a sticky tab on the back for roll-up disposal and is made in Italy.
Why did Carewell choose to make its own brand?
Many of our customers told us they wanted incontinence underwear that tackled their heaviest symptoms but also fit better and had a larger core for secure leak protection—all at a price that works for them. So, we designed exactly that. Finding large, contoured cores in the US is difficult so we partnered with a national brand to design a new core shape and size. This required manufacturing updates, but it allowed us to create one of the largest cores made in the USA with U.S. and imported materials.
How long can someone wear Carewell Overnight Underwear, Leak Resistant before having to change it?
This product absorbs up to 4 cups of liquid before being considered full. We recommend changing into a fresh pair first thing in the morning after waking up, or after heavy voids for daytime wear.
