About Bariatric Pull Up Diapers
Need a roomier fit? Plus sized pull-ups. or bariatric pull-ups, are the ideal pull-up solution for people with larger bodies. Designed with a larger, more comfortable fit than traditional pull-ups, never worry about pinching from pull-ups that are too small again. Wider cores accommodate larger bodies, and a more contoured fit prevents leaks and slippage.
These pull-ups are ideal for active users with urinary incontinence. They are typically highly absorbent, so they’ll work just as well for overnight protection as they do for light, daytime leakage. Specially designed to keep your skin dry, bariatric pull-ups also promote skin health.
Note that bariatric pull-ups can only accommodate up to a 2X, or around an 80-inch waist. If you need a product larger than this, consider an adult diaper with tabs.
Are bariatric pull-ups right for me?
Pull-ups work best if you’re caring for yourself, or for someone who is still relatively mobile. Keep in mind that a pull-up requires the strength and dexterity to be able to slide a product up and down legs, though some pull-ups do have tear-away side seams.
You’ll like a pull-up if your lifestyle is still somewhat active, and you need a solution that’s discreet and convenient. If this doesn’t sound like you, or if your waist size is larger than 80 inches, you’d likely prefer bariatric diapers with tabs.
I wear a 2X in clothing. Should I purchase bariatric pull-ups?
Not necessarily! Incontinence products are sized differently than clothing, so you’ll want to double-check your measurements before making a purchase. You’ll need to take both your waist and hip size, then apply the larger of the two numbers to the product’s sizing guide.
