Trouble Getting Your Login Link?

It looks like your email provider (like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) might be thinking our emails are junk. This can happen if our emails were marked as spam in the past. When that happens, your email company tries to protect you by blocking future emails from us, including that important login link.

Don't worry, this is usually a simple fix. Here are instructions on how to tell your email provider that our emails are okay and you want to receive them.

For Gmail Users:

  1. Open your Gmail account and navigate to your Spam folder. You'll usually find this in the menu on the left side. You might need to click More to see all your folders.

  2. Look for any emails from us. The sender address will be: support@carewell.com. The subject line might be something like "Order Confirmation" or another past communication you've had with us.

  3. Crucially, if you find any email from us, select it by checking the box next to it.

  4. Click the Not spam button at the top of the page. This will move the email to your inbox and tell Gmail that our emails are safe.

  5. Important: Please also add our email address, support@carewell.com, to your Gmail contacts. This helps ensure future emails land directly in your inbox. Once you have marked an email from us as "Not Spam" and ideally added us to your contacts, please try requesting the secure quicklink login again. It should now be delivered to your inbox.

For Outlook Users (Outlook.com or desktop application):

  1. Open Outlook and find your Junk Email folder. It's typically located in your list of mailbox folders on the left.

  2. Click on the Junk Email folder and look for any emails from us: support@carewell.com.

  3. If you find an email from us, right-click on it.

  4. From the menu that appears, hover over Junk, and then select Not Junk. This action moves the email to your inbox and informs Outlook that our messages are legitimate.

  5. Important: Please also add our email address, support@carewell.com, to your Outlook contacts or safe senders list. You can usually do this in your settings under "Mail" and then "Junk email." Once you have marked an email from us as "Not Spam" and ideally added us to your contacts, please try requesting the secure quicklink login again. It should now be delivered to your inbox.

For Yahoo Mail Users:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and look for the Spam folder in the left-hand menu. You might need to click More to expand the folder list.

  2. Go into the Spam folder and find any emails from us: support@carewell.com.

  3. If you find an email from us, select it by checking the box next to it.

  4. Click the Not Spam button, which is usually at the top or bottom of the page. This moves the email to your inbox and helps prevent future emails from being marked as spam.

  5. Important: Adding our email address, support@carewell.com, to your Yahoo contacts will also significantly improve deliverability.  Once you have marked an email from us as "Not Spam" and ideally added us to your contacts, please try requesting the secure quicklink login again. It should now be delivered to your inbox.

For Apple Mail (iCloud) Users:

  1. In your Apple Mailboxes list, find the Junk folder.

  2. Click on the Junk folder and look for any emails from us: support@carewell.com.

  3. If you find an email from us, select it.

  4. Click the Not Junk button that appears at the top of the message window. Alternatively, you can drag the message directly to your Inbox folder in the sidebar. Either of these actions helps your email provider learn that our emails are not junk.

  5. Important: Adding our email address, support@carewell.com, to your Apple Mail contacts is also highly recommended.  Once you have marked an email from us as "Not Spam" and ideally added us to your contacts, please try requesting the secure quicklink login again. It should now be delivered to your inbox.

Once you have marked an email from us as "Not Spam" and ideally added us to your contacts, please try requesting the secure quicklink login again. It should now be delivered to your inbox.
