How do I put on and remove these?

Pull them on just like regular underwear. When it is time for a change, pull them off like regular underwear, or if needed, use the tear-away side seams for quick and easy removal without having to pull them down.

Do these hold urine during everyday activities?

Yes. The superabsorbent core holds and locks in up to 25 oz of fluid, and is designed to stay contained even during walking, sitting, and other everyday movements. The Kufguards leg cuffs also help channel fluid into the core to prevent leaks at the edges.
