What is the active ingredient?
The active ingredient is Hydrogen Peroxide 1.5%, which serves as an oral debriding agent/wound cleanser.
What ingredients are excluded from this formula?
This rinse is formulated with no added alcohol, artificial dyes, parabens, gluten, or sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS).
How should this rinse be used?
- Adults and children 6 years & older: Rinse with 20 mL of the solution.
- Instructions: Swish around the mouth over the affected area for at least 1 minute and then spit out.
- Frequency: Use up to four times daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.
- Warning: Do not swallow.
Are there age restrictions for this product?
- Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: Use under adult supervision.
- Children under 6 years of age: Do not use. ### ### Are there any warnings regarding duration of use? Yes. Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor. If mouth symptoms do not improve within 7 days, or if irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens, or if swelling, rash, or fever develops, see your dentist or doctor promptly.
