This AeroChamber Plus® Z, also known as a “spacer’, features a proprietary valve designed to respond to individuals with breathing patterns that are low volume or shallow, making inhalation of the aerosol medicine from a metered-dose inhaler easier by increasing the suspension time of aerosol delivery. This gives more time for the medication to work and allows for quicker medication delivery to the lungs. The anti-static polymer finish on the chamber helps minimize the build-up of static electricity in plastic materials and prevents the medication from sticking to the sides of the chamber. This reduces medication loss and therefore promotes drug dispersal evenly for correct dosage intake and consistent medication delivery. Plus, the AeroChamber features a built-in FLOWSIGnal® Whistle which alerts the user when the breathing is too fast. When that happens, just slow the breath down and try again. For those with shallow breathing patterns, the low resistant valve increases aerosol suspension time for easier inhalation and consistent medicine dosage delivery. How Do You Use This Product

As always, it is important to follow any instructions from your physician.

• Remove caps from the end of the inhaler (MDI) as well as from the end of the AeroChamber (spacer).
• Insert the inhaler mouthpiece into the rubber ring opening in the back end of the spacer.
• Hold the inhaler and AeroChamber tightly and shake vigorously 3 or 4 times.
• Slowly breathe out. Place the mask over your nose and mouth to provide a seal.
• Press down on the inhaler and inhale a slow, deep breath and hold for 10 seconds. If holding your breath is difficult, take slower breaths.
• If you hear whistling sounds, it means your inhale was too fast. Try the breath again-- this time, slower.
• Repeat steps 3 through 5 as prescribed by your physician. It’s good practice to wait about 1 minute between puffs. Always shake the inhaler before each use.
• Replace inhaler and spacer caps when done.
• Swish some water in your mouth and spit it out to prevent Thrush.
• Clean chamber weekly.
