How Do You Use or Apply This Product?

For best results, put on compression stockings first thing in the morning before swelling develops. Turn the stocking inside out to the heel, place your foot inside, and gently pull the stocking up the leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or folds. The stocking should lie flat against the skin with no bunching. Remove stockings before going to bed. Hand wash or machine wash in warm water with mild detergent and hang to dry — do not use a dryer. Measure your ankle circumference and calf circumference to confirm the correct size before purchasing.
