Family Caregiver Award

This award recognizes a caregiver that cares for a parent, grandparent, sibling or spouse/partner.

Prize: $1,000

Companion Caregiver Award

This award recognizes someone providing care for a non-relative, like friend or coworker.

Prize: $1,000

Parent Caregiver Award

This award recognizes a parent who cares for their child beyond typical duties of parenthood, regardless of the child's age.

Prize: $1,000

Veteran Caregiver Award

This award recognizes someone providing care for a United States military veteran.

Prize: $1,000

Our team will review entries & select finalists in each of the 5 award categories

Finalists will create a short video to help us learn more about them

Award winners announced on February 21st, 2025 during a virtual ceremony on Carewell.com
