Dear Carewell Family,

We want to first let you know that thinking of you and your families at this time.

Though this time may feel uncertain for many of you, we’ll continue to provide exceptional support, guidance, and products. We are living in unusual times, but we're always here to help. Here are some changes you can expect over the coming weeks:

Delayed Deliveries

For the next few weeks, we will not be able to guarantee 1-2 day delivery. Due to the increase in demand, there is a strain on distribution and shipments, which may set your delivery back slightly. This measure is temporary.  

Product Availability

You may see that some of our products will have limited or no availability. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary measure and that we will be able to offer these products again soon! If you’d like a suggestion for an alternative product, our Care Team is always happy to help. Just give us a call at 855-855-1666, or send an email to support@carewell.com. Please note that for a very limited time, some products may not have an alternative available.

For products in extremely high demand, we may implement purchasing limits (i.e., only a certain quantity at a time), but this is just to ensure that we can continue to serve as many caregivers as possible. Please know that stock is fine. Of course some products (like toilet paper!) are out of stock, but for the most part this is just about getting products out quickly enough.

Split Orders

Please note that some orders may come in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers. This is just to ensure that we get you your items as quickly as possible - that way, if there is an item that's facing a delay, you'll still receive the bulk of your order while you wait.

Customer Service Wait Times

As always, we are focused first and foremost on serving our customers. That being said, we are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails with regards to orders and product availability. While our Care Team is working hard to address your needs as quickly as possible, there may be some delay in our response. We greatly appreciate your patience and kindness.
